Why have i not leveled up?

If you vote on 5 submissions per day you get 10 experience points.
I don't think the medals do much of anything cause I got over 4000 medal points.
And the way you vote is there's a group of 6 pictures with the numbers 0-6 on them and if you go on 5 flashes and use that each time you get experience.
But you can only vote on up to 5 flashes a day.

Yeah it took me awhile to figure it out myself and spent my first few months on here stuck at level 1.
Yeah, i didnt wanna wait a few months :P thats why i decided to make a blog post about it XD

I was reffering to the points i got from medals, however im not very sure how the leveling system on newgrounds works, so i could be wrong,which is most likely the case :(
